A soothing Ayurvedic treatment using gently streaming warm oils running ever so slowly on the forehead to bestow total relaxation though stimulating natural blood flow. It’s calming effect relieves any stress or insomnia helping you sleep deeply.
I recommended that clients take three Shirodhara every day in a row, which is deeply effective.

Shirolepa:
Shirolepa is an Ayurvedic treatment that involves applying a paste of medicinal herbs and oils to the scalp, followed by a gentle massage. This therapy aims to relax the mind, relieve stress, and improve hair health. It is often used to address conditions like headaches, stress, anxiety, and hair loss.
Application: A paste made from various herbs and oils is applied to the scalp.
Massage: Gentle massage follows the application to help the paste penetrate the scalp and stimulate circulation.
Benefits:
Stress and anxiety relief: The treatment is known for its calming and soothing effects on the mind.
Improved hair health: It can help to nourish the scalp, reduce dandruff, and improve hair luster and smoothness.
Other potential benefits: It may also help with headaches, migraine, and memory improvement.

Bahya Basti Therapy:
Bahya Basti is a localized Ayurvedic treatment involving the gentle application of warm, medicated oil or liquid to a specific area of the body. A ring made of dough is often used to create a small reservoir, holding the warm liquid in place. This allows the therapeutic properties to deeply penetrate the tissues, addressing localized pain and inflammation.
We offer several types of Bahya Basti, tailored to different areas of the body:
Greeva Basti (Neck Basti): This treatment focuses on the neck region, providing relief from neck pain, stiffness, and tension. The warm, medicated oil soothes the muscles and improves flexibility in the cervical spine.
Janu Basti (Knee Basti): Designed to alleviate knee pain and improve joint mobility, Janu Basti involves applying warm oil to the knee joint. This therapy can be beneficial for conditions like osteoarthritis and general knee discomfort.
Kati Basti (Back Basti): Targeting the lower back, Kati Basti helps to relieve back pain, muscle spasms, and stiffness. The warmth and medicinal properties of the oil penetrate deeply to soothe and nourish the affected area.
Skandha Basti (Shoulder Basti): This treatment focuses on the shoulder joint, reducing pain and stiffness associated with conditions like frozen shoulder. The warm oil application helps to improve circulation and restore range of motion.
How Bahya Basti Works:
A ring of dough is gently formed around the targeted area, creating a secure well. Warm, medicated oil is then carefully poured into this ring. The oil is kept warm and allowed to remain in place for a specific duration, allowing its heat and medicinal properties to soak into the tissues. Following the application, a gentle massage is often performed to further encourage absorption and improve circulation in the treated area.
